On a busy Saturday Jesse & Jayme were competent in providing enough sales service and also leaving us alone when we preferred to browse. They are helpful and nice people to deal with.
Upon choosing and buying the car, the paperwork and handover was a few days and communication was efficient.
There are 2 reasons for four stars instead of five:
1. There were only petrol fumes in the tank when I picked the car up. I was less than 1km, away when the fuel light came on. I didn't expect a full tank but a quarter of a tank or just under would have prevented some inconvenience. Alternatively, telling me when I picked it up so that I expected to go straight to the petrol station around the corner would have prevented the impression of disregard once the money is handed over.
2. The jack was in the car but not the tool kit (leaving the jack useless and no chance of changing a tyre). This was partly our oversight as we didn't check, but it should have been something mentioned when we purchased the car. Thankfully for us this did not cost us an extra $100 or more to source a tool kit as a friend had a spare genuine Toyota set.
Otherwise, so far so good with the Corolla. Thanks guys.

Professional and simple. It was a pleasure to buy my little run around from the House of Cars. I spotted the little car on carsales, sent an enquiry and I had my little red car sitting in my garage the following day. Great cars they look amazing and hey let me looks inside you I don’t know if you can get the car to go to work and you have to own it and you don’t want to be there for the rest of the week so I don’t think you can get do that and then you don’t have a problem with it because you’re going to get it for the next two days and then you have to get a job at your house to go home so that’s why I’m so tired of driving so much money

Had a very good experience with House of Cars. Jayme provided excellent service. He was able to answer all question transparently and when we realised the road worthy cert was past 1 month old he got a new one alongside cleaning and light cosmetic repairs within 24 hours (costs covered). I had some questions after the purchase and Jayme continued to promptly answer my calls to address them.
Interstate purchase, trusted the dealer did not test drive. Very honest with the car and arrived exactly as described with no issues. Clearly tries to pick out only the best used cars so can be trusted to provide a good service. That is why you're happy to pay a dealer - they do the inspection and work for you so you don't have to mess around with private sellers trying to hide problems. Great to deal with.
